These are the shipping methods we offer, and the standard transit times they represent. Please keep in mind that transit times DO NOT include the day the order is placed. They also DO NOT include weekends.

Economy Shipping: 5 - 8 days average transit time. Continental US only.

  • $40.00 to $79.99 = $6.95 Shipping
  • $80.00 to $118.99 = $8.95 Shipping
  • $119.00 or More = Free Economy Shipping 

Economy to Canada: 8 - 12 business days average transit time, varies by destination. Limited real time tracking available. Canada only. Brokerage, duties and taxes are NOT included and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Ground: 2 to 6 business days average transit time, depending on location. US only. We are located in Knoxville, Tennessee. Standard ground shipping times range from 1-2 days in the Southeast, 2-3 days in Midwest and New England areas, and 4-6 days in the Western US. Ground shipping times are NOT guaranteed.

3 Day Shipping: 3 business days guaranteed transit time. US only.

2 Day Shipping: 2 business days guaranteed transit time. US only.

Standard to Canada: 7 to 10 business days average transit time, depending on location. Canada only. Brokerage, duties and taxes are NOT included and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Worldwide Expedited: 4 to 7 business days average transit time. International orders only.

EXPEDITED orders (Next Day, 2 Day, & 3 Day) must be placed by 1:00pm EST to guarantee same day shipping.


SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

All shipments to Canada are subject to your standard GST and PST taxes, plus Canadian custom release (brokerage) fees. Customs merchandise duties are normally around 12% to 20% of the total order value, based on the types of products purchased - will be assessed by Canadian customs. All brokerage, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
