I was sent the wrong color initially, but the customer service was excellent!  They sent me the correct color right out and had UPS stop by and retrieve the other free of charge!  I am very happy with the waterhog as it gives me a place to dry the kids off in the cockpit without getting the carpet wet.  Nice addition to my SeaRay accessories....
